Please consult customer service before placing an order if you require a pre-tax price.

All products in our company are wholesale products. After becoming a distributor of our company, your first order can be made according to the minimum order quantity stipulated by the company or according to the mixed batch conditions.

The company adheres to the principle of low profit and high sales volume, and prices are not negotiable. If you require an invoice, please contact customer service. Invoices not requested in the order notes are invalid.

All products shipped by our company have independent, exquisite packaging. In addition to the original packaging, outer packaging is added to enhance their pressure resistance. Despite our best efforts in taking protective measures,However, problems that occur during long-distance transportation are still unavoidable, such as scratches, bumps, and crushing.

Our company maintains a basic inventory of all products, but since our model cars, playhouses, and airplanes are all best-selling items...

At the same time, there are also many export and domestic sales orders. Therefore, it's possible that some orders may be out of stock after being placed.

Therefore, a delivery time of two to three days is normal, and we will try our best to arrange for early delivery.

We will try our best to ship items in stock on the same day, and will restock items that are out of stock within three days. Thank you for your understanding!

For bulk orders, delivery time and payment methods need to be discussed and confirmed with customer service.

Solution to stockout issues: We usually contact the recipient, inform them of the reason for the stockout, and obtain their consent to change the style or color, etc.

If the recipient cannot be contacted, the default principle is to ship as much as possible according to the order.

The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the buyer.

Buyers are requested to verify the contents of the package upon receipt and sign for it only after confirming that everything is correct.

If you find any discrepancies in quantity or damage to the goods, please immediately reseal the package as is and refuse to sign for it. Contact the shop owner in the presence of the courier.

It can be returned after the recipient confirms receipt. Once signed for, our store will not be responsible for any further issues. Please note!

The same problems will occur if someone else signs for the package, so please make sure the recipient signs for it personally!

Damage: Our company will not be liable for damage caused by transportation (we recommend choosing logistics companies with insurance, such as Deppon or Aneng).

However, we have an obligation to do everything we can to help our clients resolve this issue.

Our company will use double-layer packaging, cushioning materials, and compact stacking to prevent damage.

Please make sure you (or the person receiving the goods on your behalf) check the quantity and appearance of the goods with the courier (this is your right).

If the quantity is incorrect or the item is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Problem 1: The courier refuses to open and inspect the package together. Solution: Keep the delivery slip after you sign for it, and only return it to the courier after you have inspected it.

Question 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity. Solution: Just write down the courier's phone number and name.

No-reason return policy: Our company offers a 15-day no-reason return and exchange service.

In the event of a return or exchange, the customer must ensure that the goods are in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and do not affect their resale.

(If the returned goods do not meet the standards, this website will charge a 20% handling fee.) The buyer shall bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges without reason.

Subjective defects: Our products are generally of high quality and low price, offering excellent value for money. However, some buyers, after receiving the goods, feel that the workmanship is somewhat rough, has flaws, is not of good quality, or the materials are different from what they imagined, etc.

However, these are not quality issues. No product is perfect, so overly picky buyers should look elsewhere.

All our pictures are taken from real objects, and all dimensions are measured manually. An error of 1-2CM is normal.

Returns and Exchanges: Return Conditions --- If a product's quality issue results in a malfunction that prevents it from fulfilling its intended function, we will process a return or exchange.

However, the resulting shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most problems can be solved by simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, reconnecting wires, etc. Selling toys requires knowing how to repair them).

For reasons other than product quality issues, such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, we will not offer returns or exchanges.

Product Quality: All products undergo multiple inspections during production, post-production, and before shipment to ensure they meet quality standards before being shipped. However, various uncertainties may lead to the loss of product functionality.

Images vs. Actual Product: All product images are taken from actual products and accurately reflect their appearance. However, due to factors such as lighting and shooting skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual product.

Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the color and packaging of the products and outer packaging. Please refer to the actual product.

Other: Although we make high-quality toys, perfectionists or those with strict product requirements, please turn away gracefully.

The transportation was handled by a third-party logistics company, which was beyond our control.

Delivery time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle availability, and traffic conditions. The delivery time we provide is an estimated time.

For reference only, not as part of the contract, nor as a reason for return.

Please read the above terms carefully. They are effective from the time of order placement. If you have any objections, please confirm with our staff before placing an order.
