The trusted sourcing engine. We make importing from China something a small business in Bangladesh can do in an afternoon, without a trading company, a broker, or a word of Mandarin.
Why we exist
Importing from China has never been the hard part. Finding a supplier you can trust, reading a listing written in Chinese, paying in a currency you do not hold, moving a carton across a border and clearing it through customs: that is the hard part, and it is why importing has stayed the preserve of people who already do it for a living.
Klin Source removes every one of those steps from the customer. You choose a product and pay in taka. We are the buyer on the Chinese side, the freight booking, the customs entry and the courier. What arrives at your door is the product, not a problem to solve.
Who we are for
Retailers stocking a shop, online sellers testing a product before committing to a container, and businesses buying equipment for themselves. There is a minimum order value, but it is met across your whole basket rather than per product, so a first order can be a genuine trial rather than a leap of faith.
Where the products come from
Our catalogue is sourced directly from China's domestic wholesale market. That is the same place Chinese retailers buy from, at the prices they pay, rather than an export-facing storefront with an export-facing markup. Listings are translated, supplier ratings are shown as the marketplace publishes them, and the price you see already includes our service fee and the supplier's domestic freight inside China.
International shipping is the one thing we cannot quote up front, because it is charged by weight and no listing's stated weight is exact. It is quoted once your parcel is weighed. How shipping is charged sets out the current rates in full.
How an order works

Find it
Search products from Chinese wholesale suppliers in English, with prices already converted to taka. Have a photo instead of a name? Search with the photo.

Order it
Place the order and pay the deposit. A named account manager confirms stock, the real weight and the freight before anything ships.

We import it
We buy from the supplier, consolidate your parcel in China and bring it in by air or by sea. Customs clearance is ours to deal with, not yours.

You receive it
The parcel is weighed in Dhaka, the balance and the exact shipping charge are settled, and it is delivered to your door.
What we promise, and what we do not
We would rather be believed than impressive, so three things are worth stating plainly.
- Weights are estimates until the parcel is weighed. Suppliers publish approximate weights and we show them as approximate. The shipping charge is calculated on the real weight measured in Dhaka, and you are told the figure before you pay it.
- Stock is the supplier's, not ours. We do not hold inventory. An item can sell out between your order and our purchase, and when it does you are refunded rather than quietly substituted.
- Sea freight is not available for everything. It is a fraction of the air rate and several weeks slower, and some goods cannot travel that way. Your account manager confirms which applies to your order before you pay the balance.
Every order is handled by a named person, not a queue. You get their direct number when the order is placed, and they stay with it until it is delivered.
