For products with quality issues, we offer direct returns and refunds.

For non-quality issues, such as the seven-day no-reason return policy, or items that are no longer desired during transit, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
Refunds processed after 6 PM each day will incur a deduction of shipping fees since the package has already been shipped.

If there are no objections to after-sales issues, it will be assumed that the above plan will be implemented.

I. Regarding Ordering
1. Some products in our store support dropshipping; for those that cannot be dropshipped, orders must be placed according to the minimum order quantity.
2. Due to the large number of products, the inventory of some products cannot be updated in a timely manner. Please contact customer service.
II. Regarding delivery
1. The default courier for shipping is usually Shentong, Zhongtong, Yousu, Aneng, and Yimidida.
2. If you need to use logistics, you can contact customer service to designate a logistics company for delivery. Generally, freight is cash on delivery.
III. Regarding Receiving Goods
1. For bulk orders, product damage or packaging damage may occur during transportation. If this is caused by the customer's designated logistics company, we are not responsible. If the damage is caused by our own courier service, please contact customer service for assistance.
2. When receiving the goods, the buyer should check the contents in front of the logistics personnel. If the outer box is found to be severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box and check the contents on the spot. If any discrepancies are found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to resolve the compensation issue. We will actively cooperate. Otherwise, signing for the goods will be considered as acceptance of the goods without objection.
3. After signing for the package, according to Alibaba's latest regulations, the risk has been transferred to the buyer, and our company will no longer be responsible for compensation. Please understand.
IV. After-sales service
1. All returned or exchanged items must have complete packaging and accessories, and must not have any obvious signs of damage; otherwise, they will not be accepted for return or exchange. All returned or exchanged items should be sent back as soon as possible. If a product is discontinued or taken off the shelves, it will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Apart from product quality issues, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for other personal reasons (such as feeling the price is too high, not liking it, or it not being as expected).
