Product ordering instructions:

Product Specifications: Dimensions are obtained through rough manual measurement and may contain errors. They are for general reference only when purchasing.

Water-resistant for everyday use: This means it is splash-proof, but should not be washed or soaked in water. Keep away from hot water and steam.

Strap size: The strap length is designed and manufactured for large wrist diameters, and generally fits most wrists.

Regarding packaging and accessories: The factory ships watches as bare watches. Watch accessories, packaging boxes, instruction manuals, watch removal tools, etc., need to be purchased separately!

Good Product Standard: This is a low-end product; there may be color differences between the pictures and the actual product. The watch may have no more than two minor flaws, scratches that are not clearly visible in the photos, and asymmetry or loss of crystal or other decorative inlays. These are not considered defective products and are considered normal goods (generally, warehouses carefully inspect products before shipment to minimize defects, so please rest assured). If you have 100% requirements for the product, please consider carefully before purchasing.

Regarding receiving goods: Due to the busy packing schedule in our warehouse, please check the number of items and the weight on the boxes upon receipt. If the weight does not match your order, please open the box and inspect the goods. If anything is found to be incorrect, please refuse to accept the package and return it!

Regarding delivery time: Shipments are sent from Shenzhen. Delivery within Guangdong Province takes 1-2 days. Delivery outside Guangdong Province generally takes 3-4 days. Remote areas (such as Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Shandong, Qinghai, and Ningxia) take 6-8 days.

Orders are processed according to availability. In cases of color shortages or stockouts, the warehouse will automatically mix other colors of the same style. We cannot contact each customer individually for replacements. Please understand! If you do not like the product after receiving it, you can request an exchange when you return or exchange it next time. Product Return Policy:

We do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason. Exchanges are possible for quality issues. We do not evade problems and will actively negotiate a solution. Whether the issue is with the product itself or caused by damage during transportation, we consider it the manufacturer's responsibility and will restock the product. For quality-related returns or exchanges, please accumulate 100 or more items before returning them all at once. Shipping costs will be covered by the manufacturer (please do not send collect on delivery). For returns or exchanges of less than 100 items, the customer will need to pay the shipping costs, as the product price may not even cover the shipping costs.
