Instructions regarding returns and exchanges:
Before shipping, we have dedicated personnel to thoroughly check and inspect the quantity, quality, and packaging of the goods to prevent defective products from leaving the warehouse and being sent to customers. This also avoids unnecessary trouble and unpleasantness for both parties after receiving the goods. However, since this is wholesale, the number of shipments is extremely large, and sometimes it is difficult to guarantee that every product will be free of minor flaws. If there are individual product quality issues, damaged packaging, damage during courier delivery, or minor defects, please do not compare yourselves to how Taobao handles these issues. Please understand that this is Alibaba, and this is a wholesale platform. On Taobao, the same product can be sold for several times the price, while we generally only add 10%, and sometimes even less.
Before receiving your order: Please be sure to check the outer packaging for damage and ensure there are no signs of damage or abnormalities before accepting the goods. If the outer packaging is damaged, please check the contents of the package before the delivery person leaves. If there are any quality issues or discrepancies in quantity, please contact us in front of the delivery person. If the watch you receive is damaged, please inform our online customer service on the day you receive the goods and send us photos of the damaged product. Our staff will then register the issue or take appropriate action.

Regarding the specific solutions for returns and exchanges: (Once a product is sold, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue. For any questions, please contact customer service within seven days.)

Option 1: If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact our customer service within 3 days. Due to the extremely low profit margins of small-volume wholesale orders, for returns of defective products under 500 RMB, both parties will pay half of the return shipping cost. Please notify us before sending the watch back, and please pack the product carefully. The buyer will pay the return shipping cost first, and we will reimburse 10 RMB of the shipping cost to your Alipay account after we receive and verify the return.

Option Two: If you receive one or two damaged or defective watches, please accumulate them. On the day you receive the goods, please inform our online customer service, send us photos of the damaged products or describe the quality issues. Our staff will register these items. Once the total value of damaged watches in your future orders reaches approximately 200 RMB, please return them all at once. The returned watches will be shipped with your next order. Please notify us before returning the watches, pack them carefully, and pay the shipping fee upfront. After we receive and verify the watches, we will reimburse 10 RMB of the shipping fee to your Alipay account.

Option 3: For damage caused by human error, we can only assist with repairs. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Repairs for issues with the movement are free; for replacement parts, the cost will vary depending on the part. If you find this difficult to accept or only intend to order once, please choose carefully. Just as you are choosing suppliers, we are also choosing customers, and we only want long-term partners.

Option 4: For dropshipping customers, we will reimburse 10 yuan for shipping costs if the wrong item is shipped. All other after-sales risks are borne by the dropshipping customer. We support 7-day no-reason return and exchange, and guarantee that the goods are brand new and will be fully refunded. If the goods affect resale, a depreciation fee will be deducted according to the different accessories. The dropshipping customer shall bear the shipping costs for both sending and returning the goods.
