Please read the following terms carefully. They will take effect from the date of order placement. If you have any objections, please contact our online customer service staff for clarification before placing your order.

 

About logistics

 

1. Courier: We default to ZTO Express and YTO Express. If you need to specify one of these courier services, please contact customer service to make a note or leave a message. [Bulk shipments via logistics]

 

2. Logistics: Freight charges are generally paid upon delivery, and goods need to be picked up at the freight station by the customer. The customer can provide the logistics company, or we can choose a more suitable one for you.

 

Regarding shipping

 

1. Dropshipping customers: Orders placed before 3:00 PM can generally be shipped on the same day. However, during weekends and holidays when manpower is insufficient, the shipping cycle may be delayed. Please understand.

 

2. Wholesale customers: Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days if there is sufficient stock in the warehouse. For large orders, a separate time will be arranged for shipment.

 

Regarding receiving goods

 

Upon receiving the goods, please carefully inspect the box from all sides. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of it being opened, you must open the box and inspect the goods in person! If there are any missing or damaged items, please do not take the goods away immediately. Contact us at the freight station to negotiate; otherwise, signing for the goods will be considered as acceptance of the goods without objection.

 

 

Regarding returns and exchanges

 

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted if there are no quality issues;

 

If a return is necessary due to the buyer's personal reasons, and the return shipping costs are significant due to potential damage during transit, the buyer will be responsible for all round-trip shipping costs. For items with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted. If a customer wishes to return an item due to poor sales performance, the item will be bought back at 40-70% of its original price, provided it is brand new.

 

2. Returns and exchanges due to quality issues:

 

All our sold products undergo rigorous quality inspection to ensure quality. However, due to various uncertainties, our factory can only guarantee that 97%-98% of the products are problem-free upon arrival, with 2%-3% falling within the scope of liability exemption. Products that cannot be sold after delivery can be returned for exchange by contacting customer service; the buyer will bear the shipping costs.

 

3. Damage to goods during transportation:

 

Please open and inspect the package in front of the logistics or courier personnel upon receipt. Cardboard boxes are flexible, while plastic toys are not, so the outer box may be undamaged, but the contents may be damaged. Please inspect the goods before signing for them. 5% damage to the product is within the normal range. We will provide a service to reorder and send replacement parts for repair, but we do not provide separate replacements. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. Transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle availability, and traffic conditions, and is not a reason for return.

 

 

Regarding the issue of pay-on-delivery:

 

1. For returns without quality issues, our shipping cost will be deducted. For products with free shipping for distributors, the shipping cost is the free shipping price minus the wholesale price.

 

2. For quality issues such as product damage or inability to function properly, the costs of returns and exchanges shall be borne by both parties. In cases where missing parts are missing or only replacement parts are needed to resolve the issue, the shipping costs shall be borne by the distributor, and we shall bear the cost of the replacement parts and their packaging.

 

3. If a distributor fails to fully understand the product, resulting in inadequate after-sales service, and the returned product is found to be without problems after testing, the distributor shall bear the shipping costs.

 

4. All returned items require you to contact customer service to register before you can apply for a refund. We will then process your return.
