2. All goods shipped by our company are brand new. Before shipment, we ensure that the product packaging is intact and clean, and the outer box is sturdy. Transportation is handled by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not be responsible for damage caused by transportation. Transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle availability, and traffic conditions, and this is not a reason for return.

Some buyers may find that the workmanship is a bit rough, there are flaws, the materials are not good, or it is not what they imagined after receiving the goods. However, these are not considered quality issues. Nothing is perfect, so please understand if you are too picky. Please consider carefully before purchasing, and consult us if you have any questions.
