Product Returns

If a product has a quality problem and is within the warranty period (excluding damage caused by human error), the buyer can accumulate defective products and return them all at once for replacement. The replaced products can then be sent back along with the ordered goods when needed. (Our company is not responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for product returns; the customer must pay for these.)

[Returns and Exchanges]

1. Different products have corresponding warranty periods. If quality problems occur within the warranty period, and the damage is not caused by human error, a replacement will be provided. (This depends on the extent of the damage to the product's appearance.)

2. If a single batch of mixed products has serious quality problems and the buyer needs to return the goods, please contact our staff within 7 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue. Returns will not be accepted after this period. (Returns are only permitted if the product's appearance and packaging are intact, clean, and show no signs of damage or wear.)

3. Unless the wrong goods were sent by our company or the product itself has serious quality problems, returns are not accepted.

4. Products damaged by human error, with damaged packaging, or beyond the warranty period are not eligible for return or exchange.
