About the product

1. The stems of artificial flowers can be adjusted in length as needed: for shorter stems, they can be bent or pruned; for longer stems, branches can be grafted. When placing them in a vase, you can add newspaper or other materials to increase the height of the flower; for transparent vases, you can use stones or other decorative items.

2. The packaging of artificial flowers is usually done by wrapping the flower head in a plastic bag to preserve its original shape as much as possible.

3. The production of artificial flowers involves many steps, with the petal gluing being entirely handmade. During transportation, flower heads and leaves may detach; this is quite common. Upon receiving the flowers, simply reattach the flower heads and leaves. If possible, hot glue can be used to secure them.

4. Artificial flowers are inevitably deformed due to compression during transportation. Generally, they can be restored by arranging the bouquet after it is laid out. Alternatively, you can use boiling water to steam the deformed flowers and leaves until the material becomes soft and the wrinkles disappear, and then let them air dry or blow dry them with a hair dryer.

5. Cleaning artificial flowers. Generally, you can use a hair dryer to blow-dry the surface or wipe it with a cloth.
