[Buyer's Guide]: For any product purchased from our company, please contact us promptly if there are any quality issues or shortages. We will resolve the problem for you as soon as possible and provide you with a satisfactory response.
1. If you find any product with functional failure or quality problems within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the date of receipt of the waybill), please contact us in time; we will not accept claims after the deadline, and we will not accept any false or fraudulent claims once verified.
2. Considering that customers cannot inspect all products upon receipt, we allow up to 7 days after receipt if any quality issues are found. We will replace the product for you.
3. We will try our best to meet the customer's specifications for product color or style. If there are any missing colors or styles, we will communicate with the customer as soon as possible to exchange for other colors or styles.
4. If the buyer is dissatisfied or the product is difficult to sell, but there is no actual quality problem, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
5. Upon receiving the goods, customers must open and inspect the package regardless of whether the outer packaging is damaged. If any product is damaged due to transportation issues, please obtain a certificate with an official seal from the relevant transportation company and provide this certificate to us so that we can assist the customer in making a claim. We will not be liable for any damage or loss of goods caused by logistics.
6. All customers are requested to ensure the product packaging is intact and all accessories and related documents are complete. For products with quality issues, we will replace them within the specified time. (Replacement shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; we recommend replacing or supplementing with a replacement in your next order.)
7. We will not accept returns or exchanges for products that are returned with incomplete packaging, missing accessories or related documents; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use or storage; beyond the product warranty period; or with falsified labels.
8. When returning products due to quality issues, please use regular courier service. Customers should prepay the shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned goods, the company will reimburse the shipping costs and the actual cost of the goods according to the courier slip. If a customer returns goods without first communicating with customer service, we will not accept the return. Thank you for your cooperation; communication starts from the heart!
