Buyer's Guide (To minimize unnecessary misunderstandings and unpleasantness, please read the following statement carefully.)

About the product

Because the factory upgrades products from time to time, the product/accessories/packaging may not be completely consistent with the details description depending on the batch. Please refer to the actual product received. Customers who mind this should consult online customer service before purchasing.

Regarding color difference

To ensure authenticity, all items in our store are photographed directly, so what you see is what you get! However, due to differences in image display and processing technologies among various brands of monitors, there may be color variations between the product and the actual item. Customers who are particular about color accuracy should consult our online customer service.

Regarding shipping

Our store promises that under normal circumstances, orders paid before 4 PM from Monday to Saturday will be shipped on the same day, and orders paid after 4 PM and on Sunday will be shipped the next day.

About logistics

Our default shipping method is ZTO Express. If you require other courier services, please confirm with our online customer service. Daily delivery typically takes 2 days within Guangdong Province, approximately 1 day within Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, and about 3 days for other regions. Delivery times for some remote cities may vary. Logistics speed is an uncontrollable factor; our customer service will try their best to expedite your order. Please understand if there are any delays.

Regarding inspection

Please inspect the goods upon receipt. For couriers who do not allow inspection, you can sign and keep the receipt first, then give the receipt to the courier after inspection. If you find any problems with the goods during the inspection process, please refuse to accept the package. Our store will communicate with the courier company. Inspection is mainly to avoid losses to customers due to courier issues. We will not accept any claims made afterward that the problem was caused by logistics.

After-sales service

For items that support a 7-day no-reason return policy, please note that the product packaging must be intact and all accessories complete, the product surface must be free of scratches, and it must not affect resale; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

*For returns and exchanges due to buyer's personal preferences (color, size, suitability, etc.) rather than product quality issues, the buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.

*For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs (please pay the return shipping cost in advance, and we will refund it upon receipt of the goods).
