Purchase Instructions
1. Factory direct supply
All products in our store are manufactured and shipped directly from the factory, eliminating middlemen and providing customers with greater profit margins.

2. Regarding size
The dimensions of each item in our store are measured manually, not using precision instruments, so there may be slight errors. Please refer to the actual product for accuracy.

3. Regarding color
All items sold in this store are photographed in kind. However, ceramics have many luminous surfaces, making lighting difficult. Also, due to individual eye differences and monitor resolution, the actual product received by the buyer may differ in color from the picture. If you are particular about color, please be cautious when purchasing.

Regarding after-sales service
We will be responsible for any damage during transportation. Therefore, please unpack and inspect the goods as soon as you pick them up at the logistics point. If you find any damage, please take photos and inform customer service within 24 hours. After verification, we will compensate you according to the price to your Alipay account. However, if you fail to do so within the time limit, it will be regarded as delivered in good condition and the customer will voluntarily waive this guarantee.

6. Regarding delivery
Due to the complexity of the wooden frame assembly, small orders will generally be shipped within 12 hours, and large orders will be shipped within 48 hours in principle. Special holidays will be notified separately.
