After-sales service:

     Our after-sales policy is as follows: regardless of when or why the device breaks down, the user bears the round-trip shipping costs. Repairs are free; however, replacement parts will incur a cost fee. Damage to the casing or deformation will not be repaired. Furthermore, the factory does not provide any after-sales service for DOMAN RC servos purchased from blacklisted vendors.

     These model accessories are consumable parts and cannot be returned or exchanged after use (because all electronic products, including servos, are tested before shipment; if the electronic board is burned or the gears are scratched due to human error, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please be aware of this when purchasing!). Therefore, please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt and handle any problems promptly: for problems caused by freight transportation, retain valid supporting documents and claim compensation from the freight company; for problems due to defects in our products, please contact us immediately for verification and processing of returns and exchanges. 

Return and exchange policy:
