The product is shipped with a front panel by default.

Warranty issues:

1. If a product has quality issues (excluding damage caused by human error), the buyer can accumulate the defective products and return them all at once for replacement. The replaced products can then be sent back along with the next order.

2. When sending us products that need repair, please fill out the form correctly (clearly indicating the contact person's name, address, phone number, and the problem with the product). We will return the product to the contact address you provided.

3. We are not responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for product repairs; customers must pay for these themselves.

Returns and exchanges:

1. Different products have corresponding warranty periods (generally 3 months to 1 year). If a quality problem occurs within the warranty period, and it is not caused by human error, it can be replaced (depending on the extent of damage to the product's appearance). The warranty period is based on the expiration date on the warranty label affixed to the product (Note: During the warranty period, please keep the warranty label clear, intact, and undamaged).

2. For customers' slow-moving products, if returns or exchanges are needed (the premise of return or exchange is that the goods are in perfect condition, without any signs of damage or wear), customers must contact our staff within 15 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue. After the stipulated time, products without quality problems cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Items damaged due to human error or with damaged packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions can be negotiated.

4. If the buyer discovers a problem upon receiving the product, they should refuse to accept it!

5. For all product returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. We refuse to sign for collect on delivery (COD) shipments!
