Warranty issues:
1. If a product has a quality problem (not caused by human error), the buyer can accumulate the defective products and send them back for replacement all at once after the quantity has reached a certain amount. The replacement products can also be sent back together with the next order.
2. When you send us the product that needs to be repaired, please fill in the form correctly (specifying the contact person's name, address, phone number, and the problem with the product). We will return the product to you according to the contact address you provided.
3. We are not responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for product repairs; customers must pay for these themselves.

Returns and exchanges:
1. Different products have corresponding warranty periods (generally 3 months to 1 year). If a quality problem occurs within the warranty period, and it is not caused by human error, it can be replaced (depending on the extent of damage to the product's appearance). The warranty period is based on the expiration date on the warranty label affixed to the product (Note: During the warranty period, please keep the warranty label clear, intact, and undamaged).
2. For customers' slow-moving products, if they need to return or exchange them (the premise of return or exchange is that the goods must be intact and have no signs of damage or wear), customers should contact our staff within 15 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue. If the products do not have quality problems after the specified time, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Goods damaged by human error or with damaged packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Special circumstances can be negotiated.
4. If the buyer finds any problems with the product upon receipt (such as incorrect product model, missing accessories, etc., they must contact us within 24 hours of signing for the package), we can cover the round-trip shipping costs for replacement.
5. For all product returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. We refuse to accept collect on delivery (COD) shipments!
