【Shopping Process】:

Thank you for choosing Doman brand servos. While we can't offer you the lowest price, we guarantee exceptional quality. We'd rather explain our pricing for a while than apologize for our quality forever! If we were simply pursuing sales and profits, we could easily use inferior materials to cut costs like other irresponsible businesses. However, we believe that quality at a fair price is the essence of our products. We hope everyone can see our efforts and that we gain more and more customer recognition—this is our greatest motivation! If you are satisfied with our products and service, please remember to give us a 5-star rating as a reward and support. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will serve you until you are satisfied.

【transportation】:
The default courier is YTO Express, SUER Express, YUSE Express, etc. The selection is based on the ease of delivery to the buyer's area. If you need to specify a courier, please contact customer service to confirm the courier cost before shipping.

If express delivery is expensive, you can choose to use logistics, such as Tiandi Huayu, City Star, Debon, Jiaji (if you use Jiaji or City Star, an additional 10 yuan drop shipping fee will be charged). The shipping cost of small logistics is generally 10-30 yuan per piece, while the cost of large logistics is calculated separately. You need to negotiate with customer service for the specific details.

The courier company is chosen freely by the buyer; please do not leave negative or neutral feedback arbitrarily, otherwise we will file a complaint to the fullest extent! Also, we ship to the address provided. If your package is signed for by someone else (your family member, colleague, security guard, classmate, etc.), it will be considered as your signature upon receipt!

Payment Method:

Bank TT and Alipay are acceptable payment options. Alipay is recommended for transactions as it offers security, zero fees, greater convenience, and better value.

After-sales service:

The after-sales policy is as follows: regardless of when or why the servo breaks down, the user bears the round-trip shipping costs. Repairs are free; for replacement parts, only the cost of the parts will be charged. Damage to the casing or deformation will not be repaired. Furthermore, DOMAN RC servos purchased from blacklisted vendors will not be covered by any after-sales service from the factory.

The accessories for this model are consumable parts and cannot be returned or exchanged after use (because all electronic products, including servos, are tested before shipment; if the electronic board is burned or the gears are scratched due to human error, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please be aware of this when purchasing!). Therefore, please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt and handle any problems promptly: for problems caused by freight transportation, retain valid supporting documents and claim compensation from the freight company; for problems due to defects in our product itself, please contact us immediately for verification and processing of returns and exchanges.

Return and exchange policy:

For returns without a valid reason, provided the product packaging and quantity are undamaged, the buyer will need to pay for round-trip shipping costs. Additionally, we will charge a 10% handling fee on the purchase price.

No matter the circumstances, we must remain calm, patient, and rational. A healthy business environment depends on everyone's efforts.

We do not accept neutral or negative reviews without contacting us first; otherwise, we will cancel the warranty and file a complaint with Alibaba.

Finally, thank you for your patronage! We will do our best to improve our products and services. We hope you will become our loyal customer, offering more suggestions and fewer criticisms, thus supporting the development of the model business.
