Our products offer high cost-performance and excellent value for money, with a buyer satisfaction rate exceeding 99% (provided by Alibaba's integrity record). However, a few discerning buyers may find the workmanship slightly rough, with minor flaws, inferior materials, or discrepancies from their expectations. These are not considered quality issues. Since almost all our products have different price points, ranging from a few cents to several dollars, tens of dollars, or even hundreds or thousands of dollars, please do not compare the quality of lower-priced items with higher-priced ones. Nothing is perfect. Overly picky buyers are kindly requested to refrain from purchasing from us or only select our higher-value items. Furthermore, because we operate on a wholesale basis rather than individual retail, we only guarantee a 98% pass rate; the remaining 2% falls under our liability exemption.

All our pictures are taken of the actual product, but due to factors such as lighting and shooting skills, there may be slight differences between the picture and the actual product. Furthermore, computer equipment, graphics cards, and monitors vary, resulting in slight color differences in the displayed product images. Buyers who cannot tolerate color differences should not order!
Subjective reasons such as the customer's subjective opinion that the product is too big or too small, or that the product is difficult to sell, due to the customer's personal preferences and expectations, or the thickness of the material, the softness or hardness of the material, or the discrepancy between the product and their subjective imagination, are not considered quality issues by us.

If you have any questions after receiving the goods, please contact us within 3 days. Please do not rush to leave negative feedback before contacting us. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue. However, we also kindly ask picky buyers who like to threaten with negative feedback to refrain from purchasing from us.

We have specially trained staff for order fulfillment and packing, who will expedite the process and ensure your goods are properly packaged. However, due to our increasing shipment volume and the rapid turnover of some products, stock shortages are common, especially during peak seasons. Sometimes, items that were in stock a moment ago may be sold out quickly. Therefore, it's possible that some products may be out of stock after an order is placed. A two- to three-day wait is normal, and we will try our best to arrange for early shipment. For in-stock items, we will strive to ship them on the same day; for items that are out of stock, we will try to fulfill orders within three days. Thank you for your understanding!

Solutions for out-of-stock issues: Generally, we will contact the buyer to explain the reason for the out-of-stock situation and obtain their consent to change the style or color, etc. If we cannot contact the buyer, the default is to ship as much as possible according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the buyer.

We generally use the following transportation methods:

If it's a courier company, they usually deliver to your door. However, in remote areas, buyers need to pick up the package themselves.
If it's a logistics company, the buyer usually needs to pick up the goods at the local logistics company's branch and pay the transportation fee.

Special Note: We affix a prominent "Handle with care, fragile" label to all our shipping boxes. We also instruct courier and logistics companies to handle the goods with care during shipment. Therefore, please be sure to inspect the outer packaging upon receipt. If there is serious damage, cracking, or tampering, please request compensation from the logistics or courier company on the spot. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us as soon as possible. However, we will not accept claims made after signing for the package. Please protect your rights, thank you! We also recommend using Deppon Logistics and Jiaji Logistics, as these two companies are reputable and offer insurance.

【Kind tips】

Missing items (insufficient quantity upon receipt, without a note indicating missing items): 1. For goods under 300 yuan, please count the quantity with the transportation company personnel upon receipt. If there are any missing items, please have the transportation company personnel sign to confirm. We will seek compensation from the shipping company and reimburse you for the missing portion.

2. For goods valued at 300 RMB or more, please inform us of any missing quantities within 24 hours of signing for the package. We will cooperate with you to verify the quantity and do our best to help you resolve the issue. If you do not check the quantity or inform us of any missing quantities within 24 hours, it will be considered that the quantity is correct.
Additionally, due to the very large daily shipment volume, each item may occasionally be out of stock. If there is a shortage of items due to insufficient inventory, we will refund you or send them with your next order, but we will not resend them separately.
Damaged packaging: We have an obligation and responsibility to assist customers in resolving this issue. Please make sure you (or the person receiving the goods on your behalf) check the quantity and appearance of the goods with the courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.
Question 1: The delivery personnel refused to open and inspect the package together.
Solution: Keep the delivery slip after you sign for it, and only return it to the delivery person after you have checked it.
Question 2: The courier refused to sign to confirm the missing quantity.
Solution: Just write down his phone number and name.

Product quality: All products undergo multiple inspections during, after, and before shipment to ensure they are fully qualified before being shipped. However, wholesale is not retail. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions.

Regarding returns and exchanges: Return conditions – If a product's quality issues result in a lack of functionality or failure to meet standard requirements, and the product is unused and does not affect resale, you can apply to exchange it for a product of equal value. Applications for exchanges or returns must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the goods and must be shipped back within 24 hours of the application. The time frame is based on the scanning time of the buyer's shipping tracking number/courier slip. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than product quality issues, such as poor sales or not meeting expectations.
